Service and Maintenance

1. Contact the Genesis Team
– Call / LINE chat / Facebook Inbox / or other designated company channels.
– State your request: “Report a machine for repair.”

2. Provide Coffee Machine Information
– Specify the brand and model of your machine.
– Describe the malfunction or problem you’re experiencing.
– Send supporting photos or videos (if available).

3. Initial Assessment
– The team will assess the problem initially.
– They will inform you of the approximate cost (if it can be estimated at this stage).
– They will also advise on the estimated repair time.

4. Schedule Repair Date/Time or Send in the Machine
– You can bring the machine to our company location or
– Send it to us by parcel at the address provided.

5. Machine Inspection
– Our technician will thoroughly inspect the symptoms.
– We’ll then inform you to confirm the actual repair cost before proceeding with the repair.

6. Repair and Testing
– We’ll proceed with the repair and maintenance.
– Then, we’ll test the machine to ensure it operates normally.

7. Notify of Repair Completion and Payment Before Delivery
– We’ll inform you of the repair outcome.
– We’ll then ship the machine back to your address, or you can pick it up at our company once payment is complete.

8. Repair Warranty
– We offer a warranty on our repair work according to the company’s specified terms.
– If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, you can bring the machine back for inspection at no additional cost (subject to terms and conditions).
